Last year we`ve been visiting two festivals: the Dekmantel Festival and the Sacred Ground Festival. Even though, both festivals are completely different festivals, both are absolutely worth the visit: while the Dekmantel Festival brings together the best selectors of electronic dance music, the Sacred Ground Festival is a atmospheric festival, inviting just friends and colleagues of the curators (Frank Wiedemann and Ry X), and presenting a broader spectrum of temporary music.
Due to a lack of time, we will make it only to the fantastic Sacred Ground Festival, which dropped the final lineup this week. And, as you might have expected, it`s absolutely breathtaking. Especially if you consider that the festival is limited to about 1.000 people!
So, who`s gonna play at the Sacred Ground Festival?
Keep breathing while reading the following paragraphs! And you should definitely be aware: FoMo hysteria will take over ;-)
On Friday, two of our favorite djs will be responsible for the dancefloor entertainment: Gerd Janson and Roman Flügel. These two musical nerds will be accompanied by the no less interesting Sebastian Mullaert, Dapayk & Padberg, Ätna, Lovedancing, Marsmobil, and Trikk.
After a long Friday night with Gerd and Roman, the fantastic Ame (Live), Adam Freeland, Jennifer Cardini, Lea Porcelian, Bearcubs, George Fitzgerald, Mano Le Tough, Perel, Ry X and many more will flatter your ears on Saturday.
On Sunday, Daniel W. Best, Abrao, Meute, and Jalen N`Gondo will slowly bring you back to reality!
If you`ve not realized it yet, I`ll make it clear now: YOU DEFINITELY SHOULDN’T MISS THE SACRED GROUND!!! The artists, the location, the vibe,… are pure bliss ;-) C u there…
